Mary Pryce is a London-trained Cordon Bleu cook with many years of experience in the culinary field. Her experience includes teaching, working in and managing a top class restaurant, catering for small functions, directors’ lunches and writing a recipe book.
Over the years, Mary has collected recipes from many different sources and, using her professional training and experience, has adapted and refined them to suit her own style of cooking. She has made them simple to follow, make and enjoy.
Many of the recipes in this collection are adapted Cordon Bleu recipes that Mary has used and developed over the years.
